The Binance Visa Debit Card

Is it true that I can no longer use my card?

Yes, you are not able to use your Binance Visa Debit Card. The card program closed on 20th December 2023.

What do I need to do?

Please destroy your Binance Visa Debit Card by cutting it through the chip and magnetic stripe.

You don’t need to do anything else.

Will this impact my Binance account? Will I have lost fiat or crypto currency?

Your Binance account will not be closed or impacted and you will not lose any fiat or crypto currency as a result of the card program closing.

Why can I no longer use my Binance Visa Debit Card?

The card program, issued by UAB ”Finansinės paslaugos ,,Contis“, part of the Solaris Group, has been closed in accordance with Clause 20 of the Binance Card Account Terms and Conditions.

What if I receive a refund on my Binance Visa Debit Card after it stopped working?

All refunds received on, or before, 19th December 2023 at 17:00 CET should be reflected on your Binance account.

Any further refunds that are received on your Binance Visa Debit Card 120 days after 20th December 2023 should be reflected on your Binance account within 5 business days.

What if I have been a victim of fraud?

If you believe you have been a victim of fraud, please contact us via our customer support page.

Select “Submit a request” and chose “I think I may have been a victim of fraud” from the drop-down menu.

Ensure you answer all the questions with as much detail as possible to help the investigation.

We will contact you once we have investigated your claim.
Please use the email address associated with your Binance Visa Debit Card. If you do not, we will need to confirm your identity, which may delay the investigation.

If you do not have access to that email address anymore or you are unsure which email address is associated with your card, please provide the following information in the “Description” section.

  • Your Full Name
  • First Line of your Address
  • Area / Zip Code
  • Date of Birth
  • First and Last 4 Digits of your card

If you are unable to confirm any of the above, please attach a colour copy of your photo ID so Solaris can confirm your identity.

What if I am unhappy with the closure of my Binance Visa Debit Card?

If you would like to raise a complaint regarding the closure of your Binance Visa Debit card, or anything else relating to Solaris, then please contact us directly via our customer support page.

Select “Submit a request” then chose “Log a complaint” from the drop-down menu.

Ensure you answer all the questions with as much detail as possible to help the investigation.

Once we have received your complaint, we will contact you within 15 days. Alternatively, you can email customer.complaints@solarisgroup.co.uk. Please use the email address associated with your Binance Visa Debit Card, to avoid delays involved with Solaris needing to confirm your identity.

If you do not have access to that email address anymore or are unsure which email address is associated with your card, please provide the following information in the “Description” section.

  • Your Full Name
  • First Line of your Address
  • Area / Zip Code
  • Date of Birth
  • First and Last 4 Digits of your card

If you are unable to confirm any of the above, please attach a colour copy of your photo ID so we can confirm your identity.
